What's Happened? What's Happening? - Circus, Sea Life and Celebration!
The Summer Holidays continue and #WHWH is seeing lots of your fun days out from bloggers getting out and about both solo and with their families. We have been busy ourselves and I have a few event posts to share over the coming weeks. If you're writing up any of your Summer adventures I'd love to see them here too.Family fun featured largely last week with the Moshi Monsters strongly represented. We visited the Sea Life Centre in Manchester to see the Summer activities and to find out how to capture Lubber the Whimsical Whale but I'll point you to The Brick Castle's account of our time there, just ignore the incredibly unflattering photo of me. Thanks Jenny! I featured the opportunity to meet Mr Moshi himself at the Bluewater Moshi Monsters event. Did any of you get to go? How was it?
Some historic sites got family visits linked up last week with Kids Days Out Reviews sharing a fantastic themed day at Burton Agnes Hall, so much was happening that they didn't need to go inside the hall! Mummy Melton shared a gorgeous day at Alnwick Garden. We've been to Alnwick Castle but didn't make it to the garden. We won't miss it next time we're in Northumberland. The Soup Dragon Says went jousting at Arundel Castle, a true living history day out with the opportunity to watch a Royal Tournament and try archery. Fantastic!
Inside the Wendy House previewed 100 Years of Magic with Disney on Ice and the show sounds completely magical. The Disney bug is yet to truly bite in our house but I think Bud would love the ice show. Mama Geek has a wonderful August ahead with trips to Lollibop and a holiday in Cornwall - a perfect month for her family.
The one post I really wish I'd been at this month came from Phat Cupcake with a guest post on the Gran Tour of Birra Moretti in Manchester. I was so hungry when I'd finished reading - all of my favourite Italian foods in one place from some really highly rated street food vendors.
#WHWH opens on Thursday morning and stays open until the end of Tuesday.
I'd love you to link up your blog posts to What's Happened? - featuring events, days out, holidays, film, theatre and restaurant reviews and any other 'happeneds'. What's Happening? is the place for you to link your event previews, ongoing events and ticket giveaways.
I read and comment on every one and share on Twitter, Facebook. Google+, Pinterest and StumbleUpon.
I've created a Pinterest board where I pin all of your posts, feel free to follow it.
As always, I would love it if you would add the linky badge to your post to direct your readers here
